Believing in yourself!
Thursday, January 27, 2011 at 09:50PM As I start to gear up towards the Australian and NZ tour it takes me back to 2009 when my parents came with me. It was a bitter sweet tour in so many ways but one of the most memorable moments was when my dad came to me a the end of the Auckland date and told me he finally believed in my gift.
It was incredible. He hadn't believed for years and it was something that was always an issue. He used to ask me when I was going to get a proper job and I would laugh, but it was something that I needed to hear, after so long that he accepted what I did.
Now I am heading back to the same places and I'm not faced with my fathers views but I do know that there are a lot of skeptics out there. But to me that isn't an issue because it's about being true to myself and knowing that I am doing something that helps so many people and that they get closure and comfort from the connections that I give.
I was actually watching the edits of Lisa Williams Live, season two and watching the readings even blew me away with the information that I was given, especially when you watch the post show interviews. As I was watching I could see how people would question what I do and they would question how I get my information.
Having said that, it's not easy to get the information through and you do have to give what you get... and trust in yourself.
So next time you doubt yourself or someone doubts you, stop and feel your emotions... are you believe true to yourself... but all you have to do is believe in yourself and know that if it feels right for you, then it's right and you cannot move away from that fact.
So start believing in yourself and owning what you feel!
Sending lots of love, and Holly and I are heading to Tucson tomorrow for the Gem show, and we are getting new stones and crystals, so watch out for lots of goodies coming your way!
Have a great weekend
Lisa xx

I can't believe that you have posted this topic! My sisters and I are attending your Sydney show and my husband thinks I am quite mad. But this same husband knew the exact moment that my mother died - even though he wasn't there! My sisters and I cant wait to see you!
Hi Lisa,
Looking forward to your show in Newcastle on 9th March, this is the same day my Dad was born.I don't care if I get a reading or not I love the energy in the Theatre. Is Holly joining you for the NZ and Oz Tour, it will give her a chance to see some of the Country. Have a good weekend at the Gem show. I am so happy you are still blogging away, you do such a wonderful job helping people all over the world. Sending much love Therese
I think skeptics are actually more afraid that psychics can read their minds? That's not how it really works, but it threatens some to think someone else could know their deep dark secrets?
But i think when you move to a stage in your life, where you're aware the heavens see everything and nothing is a secret anyway, you're defenses decrease. It's a much needed relief to know, it's okay to be human and make human error..It's not an effort to" believe," i think it's much more work sitting in the dark, pretending you can't hear... XXX Love you Lisa...see you in Victoria
Bonjour Lisa,
Wish you plenty of wonderful moments on your Australian and NZ tour! Please don't let the skeptics distract you by reading their fearful and negative comments. Surround yourself with positive people and you'll have a GREAT time, I' m sure.
Don't forget that a large number of people BELIEVE in you and your work, Lisa!
Lots of LOVE,
Dear Lisa
Thank you for the lesson in authenticity.
We have to remind ourselves of that every day.
Will try and remember it today!
Love
Lana
So glad to hear about your father. You can tell by your posting that your positive, upbeat self is shining through brightly. Life can be amazing and give you that extra boost & support just as you need it. Someone is truly taking care of you from above, What a true blessing.
Validation by those we love is so important. Having that moment with your father certainly must have been a life-changer. You didn't really need that, because you have many, many who have experienced your Truth and whose lives have been deeply affected by the messages you have brought to ease their pain, to inspire them to self-confidence, to answer difficult questions which brought Light back into their lives. I've only been able to see you in person once, but I witnessed such Good and Loving Vibrations flowing in that space May Spirit bless your new tour with Joy and a reminder to YOU that what makes you so special is your very own SELF! You have a hard time believing this sometimes, I think, but it is TRUE! Skeptics live in their own disgruntled, unsatisfied worlds. Fugettaboutit, as the Sopranos would say. You've 'proven' your abilities, over and over, on a global scale!
Tucson Gem Show...watch out! Here they come with 'witchywoo' gem picking abilities full on! Whirlwind of energy! Have fun!

Great Post, Chickie. Glad you're back and blogging. Have fun in Tucson - my Gemologist to the Stars friend keeps urging me to go with her, and I keep staying here earning a living. Wish I were there and bumping in to you in the displays. Have fun, and find lots of treasures!
Beautiful words as always LIsa. So many of us (myself included) spend our lives trying to say and do things which make others happy. Time for a change. Counting down the days till your arrival in Brisbane, it will be my first time seeing you in person (I'll be the nervous, giggly one in the front row trying to act cool!). Remember, your 'extended family' is right behind you lovely lady. xxx
It is nice expecially from those we love to support and believe in what we do ... I am so glad you have that now from your Dad.
Wishing you and Holly and all your staff safe travels. Thank you for sharing your work, your gifts, your love...
Awesome BLOG may you and Holly have fun and always shine brightly as you continue to be true to who you are! Love to Charlie too!
Bravo! bisou
Looking forward to meeting you in Hamilton next month. I loved your Wellington show back in 2009 and know you will again be welcomed with open arms - NZ is such a spiritually rich place and like its own little world - with the mix of miles of white sandy beaches and snowy mountains.
Limiting beliefs affect us all in different ways. I am sure you love having the opportunity to make sceptics doubt themselves when you get the opportunity. Take care and happy travels Clairexxx
Hi Lisa!
I just wanted to say that I love you, and what you do. You are really awsome:) This blogpost was also excatly what I needed to hear right now!
I saw you in Oslo 14th september last year (on my birthday) with my mom, and it was a strong experience. Hope I can see you again this year. Have faith, keep believing in yourself, and know that there are lots of, lots of people loving you around the world... People alive, and on the other side:) I saw you on television on thursday, and it was like you gave alot of happyness and energy through the screen! He, he.
Lots of love from Marion (17) :)
p.s. I think I want to draw you someday! Nice hair, hehe!
Hi Lisa,

Hi Lisa, Watch your shows avidly on foxtel, it is on saturday nights here in
Australia. Now I am a member, I read your blogs and enjoy them immensely, and the last one on jealousy.
I never understood jealousy, and took it personally, that the jealous person just didn't like me. Thank you for explaining it, and why people say the negative things that they do.
Love and Light,
Nola
P.S: Any messages from beyond for Dec 2010 / Jan 2011 ??
No harm checking, I say!
Warmly,
Harnit
