Finding peace
Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 10:19PM What a whirlwind tour it was in Quebec, visiting Montreal and Quebec city... I have to say that Ryan, Steve and myself... love love love it. We all commented on how wonderful it was, it really was amazing and we could all live there.
I was blessed to have take Charlie with me and even he loved it and had a great time, not that he came to see mommy work, because for a 10 year old thats far toooooo boring but he still had a lot of fun.
What I noticed was that even though there was a language barrier, and I had a translator, we were still able to get the messages through to those that needed, and it was lovely. So what we have to understand is that spirit when they work through me they can communicate with me in any way, there is no language barrier.
So I am home getting ready for the Norway trip and it's been so nice to get back and relax and take it easy, the Canadian tour was tiring, but I am well rested now and raring to go. I have everything that I need at home and I am loving the space that I am in, even though often it can be chaos at my house!!!
But it's about creating a sanctuary and having a place of peace, even in a mad house like mine! just going home really can be a blessing so I am thankful that at the moment I have all that I need right here, under one roof!
So when your life is crazy, look at what you have to be thankful for, honor what you want in life and what you have in life and embrace it. Often we are so hard on ourselves but this is about finding peace within our home and within ourselves.
Be strong and decide what you need to do to create that peace and allow your self to have it all. It's not easy but sometimes the first step to change it always the hardest one.
Love to you all
Lisa xx

I came on the pc today hoping for something... yet i didnt know what. You're last line 'the first step to change is always the hardest' made me feel really peacful inside.
Im living in a country i dislike to follow my dream career... im at the point where i can stay or go and its been driving me nuts finding any peace about it. reading that made me realise that once i take that first step it'll all fall into place anyway. I'm being far too worrysome!
Take care lisa and thanks for always posting snippets of wisdom that help give us the extra clarity or courage we need
x

Hey there Lisa,
Quebec looks like such an charming and romantic place that I would love to visit one day. I have traveled some but have not been there to experience it for myself, but it sounds amazing. I would imagine with your travel schedule, you need to have that peaceful sanctuary to hide out in once in a while without being disturbed. I am glad you are finding that peace to chill out and replenish your own supply. It really is so important and I feel lucky because I have two places that are just that - a sanctuary. I had to work hard on clearing it, but my apartment now feels right and thanks to the extra touch of your home spiritual cleansing kit that helped me along the energy now feels right for my vibe. The yoga center is also my home away from home. It is blessed with amazing energy and we are like a family. In fact, Master Jang who is my guide and teacher thinks of me as part of the staff and I love helping out there whenever I can. It is a purposeful and peaceful healing environment that is truly special to me. We all need that safe place to just be... Enjoy your time off... I just may be at the CT show...still working out the details to see if I can get a day off. YAY!!! I need a show...love the energy and vibe.
Love and Hugs to you,
DS
Bonjour Lisa,
My family and I just loved your show in Québec City! FUN, HUMOR and GHOSTS, what a great combination! We would love to see you again next year. :)
By the way, if Éric's deal falls through :(, I can find you a nice cottage near Québec City for up to 8 people. Beautiful area with a beach for family and friends! It's our family's hide away for a few weeks in July.:) :)
But "HOME SWEET HOME". I understand your need to be back in your own nest. I love my holidays but also love going back to my cats, bed and daily routine.
Wish you plenty of FUN with Charlie before your trip to Norway! Nothing like playing on the floor with a child or our precious pets. Makes you feel like a kid again... Ye!
Thanks so much for your words of wisedom, Lisa!
LOVE to you and your team!
Hello Lisa,
Thank you for your wisdom and peaceful messages Lisa.
Glad you are settling into your office at home. This is great, I have done the very same thing, bringing my office to Home back on July 29th. ! After 30 years of a retail family business which was 10 minutes away we finally made the big move. We are so happy to have everything at home now and no more retail walk in.
It is so peaceful. From my home/office window I overlook our beautiful back garden. Nature at its best !
Best Regards Always,
.... Michael

Lisa,
Your blogs are always so up-lifting!!
THANK YOU!!
HUGS & BLESSINGS,

Bonjour Lisa!
My sister Guylaine & me had a great evening last Tuesday at Quebec. We like to watch your show at Canal Vie & we are fans... I absolutely want to say ... the T.V show & the live show are the same... What you see, is what you get... So if people like the TV show they would like to see you in person... You are soooo TRUE!! You ARE everything you look on TV... You ARE so kind with people & generous. You are an authentic person & a great soul.. Thanks for sharing this with all of us... You give a lot to people... like undestood, compassion, energy, etc. And sometimes, I am sure they pick up your energy...but you keep always your wonderful smile.
About language, if French people like to watch you on TV, it looks like the same with a translator (Mary) and much better live because Mary translates after you talk & not at the same time you're talking... The real language barrier I could see ... was... dog language!! hahaha! Wouf!
We enjoyed our trip, dinner & show at Le Capitole & can't wait to see you again with your Team... & next time we will have a surprise too... and sorry it will not be chocolate... but something else good for the mind...
Enjoy your week-end!
Pascale

Lisa please come over to Peru!!!
So great that Charlie was with you Lisa:) That was great. Is it true that after all that, even if your home can feel like a chaos, and that you wish had something more or something else as this is where you find peace . This is where you grow, this is where love is. However, it is easy to search for more. Think of materially thing, and forget the little things that make you and your family happy. As a small pleasures.
Again your blog goes to my heart. Thank you.
Hug and love.
Welcome to Oslo, Norway! :-)

Dear Lisa,
What a wonderful experience for you and Charlie! And, such a perfect time for you to both be together in Canada prior to Charlie starting school. I am glad that you had this time together....no pun intended from me and "Carol Burnett's" theme song, but so appropriate for this blog! I truly hope it did fulfilll some new and exciting places for you both!
I have to say, that I have NEVER been to Canada but hope to travel there very soon. We have a small place in Palm Springs and we seasonally rent it out to a couple that travel there from Manitoba. They are simply lovely people and we are so lucky to have them and..they are ALWAYS most welcome!
At any rate you are constantly on the go and that is just who you are. Please take care and know that we support you 150% PLUS!!!! Keep yourself safe and well!!!
Love to you as always! Love hearing from you here!
Keith and John too!!
Hi Lisa,
Am glad you are having a great time on tour and spending quality time with Charlie. Can't wait for you to hit the UK!!
Take care and safe journey(s) around the world ;-)

Hi Lisa,
I was so happy to be able to finally meet you in Montreal, you are great, funny and such a nice person. You'll maybe remember me as I was with my daughter who has cerebral palsy (was in a wheel chair). Hope you come back soon and by the way, you are welcome to live in our Country if you wish. I had a great night. Odette
Finally we can say; WELCOME TO NORWAY:
I will be there to experience a Lisa evening yet again when you this time come to my country. As you can see you are so popular over here (all sold out everywhere..) its a LisaWilliamsfever raging ,-)
I will be bringing 6 friends and we will be there in fifth row on the 14th in Oslo. Sending you love and support as always.
Hope you have good flight and remember to rest and be good to yourself, even before, during and after every show!
Bonjour LIsa,
Thanks for referring to your last tour as a "Quebec tour" !
It means a lot that you understand the specificity of a culture.
I'm from Montreal and I saw you show twice.
Since you seem so comfortable with our way of living,
come again soon or better yet, come and live here;-)
You would be closer to Europe...
Don't forget to take care of yourself!
Giving as much as you do is a good thing,
but you have to make sure that you are on the receiving end,
from time to time...
xox
Hi Lisa ! I am so happy to read that the language was not a problem in Quebec, so that means that you will come to France soon, won't you ???? ;-))
Have fun in Norway :-)
Bisous
