You are an inspiration!
Monday, July 5, 2010 at 11:35PM It's been some time since I really had a good cry, and tonight was it... I cried and I am never ashamed to admit when that happens, I don't mind it, I think it's good for the soul. I cried over my friends who I have lost over the last 2 years, and it's normal to miss them.
But you know what is amazing is when you see those signs, the signs that come along when someone uses the same words that they would use or the way that they would speak when actually is unlike the person you are with. It's incredible and terrific (being one of the words that was used)
But you know as this was happening and I was talking about my loved ones who have passed recently and my friend was comforting me, it made me realize that I am valued in such a way that, I am not 'Lisa Williams' who talks to dead people and helps others, but I am "Little Lisa" the one who has her moments of being a child and then the moments of being a silly girl and then the moments of being funny... it's being me.
We all have to realize that some how, and in some way we are accepted and we have inspired someone. Yes inspired someone, and the person who I have spent the weekend with inspired me, whether they realize it or not to write about this and will have the impact on so many different people who read this.
Just being able to be me, crying and then laughing about the things that Elaine and I used to get up to and what she achieved and didn't achieve in life was the right thing to do, and the things that my friend said to me, has inspired me to write this knowing that we are all able to inspire someone at some point in our life.
I know many of you will think.... hmmmm how can I inspire someone, when I don't inspire myself but you know, you will do it without realizing it. You will say something that will make someone think about something and then suddenly an idea will spark or a reality will hit and you were the inspiration. However many people going through life will not realise it.
So know that in some way you are valued and you will inspire people and know that you are worthy of doing just that. It's incredible and wonderful... we are all an inspiration whether you realize it or not.
In fact there are many people I have encountered and stories that I have been told that have inspired me when I write my blogs, I think about the people who will read them and how they will be received and because of the way that they think they too have inspired my thoughts over a period of time.
So it's time to value yourself and know that we are all an inspiration to the world, even though we have to learn our lessons in life, we can all inspire and help many whether you believe it or not.
So the motto is, know that you inspire and that you are received and with that you are valued through the eyes of love. And most of all you are worthy, worthy of love and acceptance no matter who you are!

Read a blog this morning, written by a person who has serveral handicaps , I met him for the first time just this weekend actually , he looks a bit different , walks with a limp..talks and laughs a bit louder than most people..*laugh* I like him..
He has ADHD and a disease called Alexanders syndrome. A lot stacked against him it would seem.
He is an amazing writer ! He has this blog where he presents people he's met, events he's gone to etc.. He wrote today that he had cried last night because someone had been mean to him again, called him names, laughed at him...as so many times before...
My god i get so angry...
BUT...today he wrote that he had finally come to love himself...no matter what people say or do...he is okay with who he is and he loves himself for the first time in his life !! He has also realized that he has an impact on others...good and bad...
He was so happy that he was among friends this sunday that didn't judge him, or treat him as anything other than a man ...
Maybe I will let him do an intervjue with me like he asked if he could...*smile*, I'm sure I can learn a lot from him...and he is as I said truly gifted when it comes to the written word.

You are a mentor to so many, your openess and willing to be honest with yourself and others are just a smidged of the wonderful, you hold inside your heart.
Yes as Lisa Williams the Medium, you do help others with what you do, but you do so much more than be a Medium...
I have followed you for a long time, you are kind, thoughtful, cudly, smart, a wonderful mother and friend, your accepting of all walks of life, you work hard, to the point that you cannot work anymore, you are vibrant, beautiful inside your heart, beutiful inside and out.
Your are strong, you have been through a lot in your life, but you have never given up, although at times you think you may have... That's what makes you beautiful...
Like you said, you have to remember that you, are wonderul the way you are...
Sometimes, we find ourselves being who others want us to be and we forget to be outselves and sometimes forget who we are, cause we have been pretending for so long.

I'm glad you have people close who love you deeply for just being you, not "Lisa Williams" woman who talks to the dead. Thanks for the inspiraton in your blogs. I'm so glad you feel that value in being yourself.. being who you feel you are. I think often our inspiring moments are often the stories about things we didn't accomplish but what we learnt from them, when things don't go as we think.. but need. The times we don't feel inspiring.
Inspiration can be a simple smile when life is so busy..

Hi Lisa, can I get you a tissue or a cuppa or anything. Inspiration seems to be two way street in life. We have moments in life where we doubt ourselves then I read your blog and it makes me think we are all just human doing our best. You are above anything else..." Lisa".... I see you as the person you are and not someone from the TV screen or the celebrity you actually are.... But I see a wonderful loving and caring person inside. We all laugh, cry, and yes fart!! You are really no different then any one of us aside from your special abilitys. But that is not what makes you who you are..thats just a bonus....Its all the lifes experiences that come to us thru life and how we decide to react to them that define the real us...And you come thru with flying colors with it all.. There has been much youve been thru personally this last two years, and I have seen you cry as well, just as I cry at times too...and you will come out on top. Because its how YOU choose to do so, rather then wallow...Its your out look on life who defines who you are...and makes up every one of us into our being.... And you are a Lovely person. Thank you for a great blog! Finally my computer is working again! I'm so happy because now I can read your blog again.
My first thought was "OMG!" when I saw your recent blog. I just had a long talk with my dear friend on the phone. We just talked about this stuff and now I read the same thing on your site! It made me feel so good. It's important to feel that I'm good enough and accepted. My love ones love me just the way I am and I don't have to prove anything to be loved. Everyone can inspire!
