Yes as you guessed, last night I was exhausted... hence the funny word at the end... I couldn't think straight let alone think straight. But I am well rested and ready for action, although I sound worse than I actually am. I have lost my voice and I am sure I squeaked through tonights show, but it was good.
I had a great excuse not to talk to anyone today, I whispered to everyone to ensure that I saved my voice... I couldn't risk it, and I am glad that I did.
Kev is my biggest fan but also my biggest critic, and he said it was the best one he had seen... personally for me, it was another night of connecting with those who have passed on. I don't make the show, yes of course I can make people laugh and I can ensure that they have fun, but its the spirits who really make it. The connections and who they want to communicate with is amazing.
I am finding, like tonight that I am looking at the person who I need to read for as I am describing the spirit... like Shamus who was a little skeptical. It was so much fun.
I also read for someone who had a friend who had passed and apparently everyone knew the person who had passed and it had a huge impact on the nation as she was a cricketers wife... it was amazing.
I love the show, even though I squeaked but a brandy soon cured that after the show!
So tomorrow can you believe it, I have a day off!!! OMG... and it's my dad's birthday! Whoohoo. I am so happy that he is getting to spend his birthday in Melbourne. It's fabulous. I was not there for his big birthday his 60th so I will make up for it tomorrow!
Take time to breathe today and smile at someone, you may just make their day

OMG Jane Mcgrath came through? That is amazing, that woman's death touched the entire nation, she was a very wonderful and kind woman who was loved by the entire nation, I can not believe she came through... wow... then again of course I can believe it, it is you after all =D I am so glad that you are resting your voice and taking care of yourself. Sometimes the most powerful messages of all can come through with very few words. WOW your Dad's birthday, well happy birthday!!!!! I hope you all have a wonderful time in Melbourne, you will absolutely love it, it really sounds like all of you are loving Australia and that is good because we all adore you =D

My mum, sister and I were at your show last night on the Gold Coast, and it was AMAZING.
We met you after the show, you signed your photo and we had our photo taken with you. Oddly enough I felt nervous meeting you and knowing you had lots and lots of people to greet, your poor voice and knowing you must be so tired...I didn't get to tell you the following, so here goes....We watch you on tv all the time..but to see you in person was truely special. BIG THANK YOU to you Lisa for sharing your amazing gift, what a fantastic night. Another HUGE THANK YOU for coming to the Gold Coast. Everyone seems to miss the Coast and only do shows in Brisbane, THANK YOU.
I'm hoping to either do your workshop next year or maybe do course online....as there are some things I need to understand.
Once again....can't thank you enough....hope your voice gets better soon, and Happy Birthday to your dad.

Don't you love the Gold Coast? It is really a beautiful place and I have thought about returning there when I am older but the weather is so humid and "jucky!" My nephews live there and would love for me to move back but I don't think I could handle the humidity!! Nothing beats our Calif. sunshine!

Hi Lisa, great show last night, i loved it, would have loved a message myself but you cant read for everyone! I hope your loving australia! I felt so sorry for you and your voice last night but at least you can rest it today lol! Im thinking of doing oyur mediumship workshop on the Gold Coast next year but wanted to know if you could maybe mail me approx what number of people will be attending? it it just a bit lecture but no real discussions and one on one? not sure how it works! would love if you got as chance to email me about this! Last night was the first time I had seen you, I went with a friend who absolutely adores you. I lost my Mum 12months ago and have not been able to come to terms with it, she put me on to a John Edwards book and it gave me abit of hope that she is in a better place. Then after seeing you all my believes have certainly grown,I was aliitle frightened at the end as Daniel came through to the man next to me and I thought if my mum came through there would be no way
I hadn't finished my email to you and it just disappeared, I was going to say there is no way I would of handled it, you are a very strong person and your show will stay with me for a long time. Thankyou Lisa I saw your show at the Gold Coast art centre last night, awesome, emotional, and you are such a little trooper bless your heart for carrying on despite your voice. Lost both my parents just over 2 years ago, and it was mums 70th birthday yesterday would have loved them to come through like all the people in your audience but hey they were never ones to want the limelight. But thankyou because you reinforce all I believe, that they are there, love us, watching over us, so I will continue my chats, telling them all our news, being gratefull for all they have done for my daughter and I, and looking out for signs, birds I seem to have an attraction, my daughter calls me the bird lady and only since we lost mum and dad. Recently lost our beloved dog foo, imagine they are all together in peace. thankyou again. love peita

Hi Lisa, I was one of the lucky one's to receive a reading last night (even with the squeeky voice). I had gone last night just to enjoy the atmosphere and never quite expected my mum to come through. I have been an avid fan watching you on television and just amazed at how well you connect with the spirits. The first reading hit very close to home , just like my grandma. I felt my grandma was there with me and stood watching as you then communicated with my mum. I was amazed at how calm I was. I have missed my mum terribly during the past 4 years, but having that connection last night with her was just wonderful. I took alot away from last night even from the other readings. It took a little while, but when I worked out that Jane had come through I was blown away!
Thank you for sharing your gift with us all. Wish your dad a wonderful birthday and I'm sure my mum would have given you some advice on how to help get your voice back. Enjoy your Aussie trip and I hope to be able to do your retreat next year.

I saw you last night for the very first time with my friend Ingrid who is a huge fan. She was hoping to get a message from her Grandmother and the phase was "Cup of Tea". You actually said it twice! Then a nice guy actually BROUGHT you a cup of tea (or was it a hot toddy?)

My wife loved the show last night. She was disapointed that her Dad didn't come through but you can't have everything. I wasn't there for a reading and I did put me hand up when you asked...." third row Red shirt" and not realy a believer. I now beleive a little more and thought you were fantastic and very genuine. One thing I think you should have included in your show is a short question time. I had ,and still have some questions I would like to ask, and maybe thats somthing you might look at in future shows. We were a little disapointed that we couldn't meet you after the show as we didnt realise you had to be a family member. Maybe thats something we will have to fix before next time. Have a great time in Oz.
