Team work
Monday, July 27, 2009 at 10:44PM Today I went back to the office for the first time in 5 weeks... yes I had been in but I hadn't actually done any work there which is unusual for me, as I am the first to head to the office, but what with Charlie heading home and my friend Sue coming in, there were slightly more important things for me to think about.
It was so great to be back, and the one thing I am so happy about is that I have an amazing team around me. We all work together as a team. Even though I am on the road most of the time and I have been away I am always in contact, and we find that we work together so well. It's like a little family!
Team work for me is the most important thing. It's not one person that makes anything successful it's about a whole team, or it is in my case. They are the backbone of what I do and if I didn't have them I would not be able to give all that I do to the gift that I have.
So it was great to be back in the office today, and it's been a day of team work, even when we got home, Kev had bought a canopy for our garden because the last one blew into the pool over the winter. And we had to get the kids together and the adults together and we had to help each other to open the canopy up so that we could get it up to see how it looked.
So it's been a day of team work, which is just emphasizes how much we need others to help out. We can't do everything on our own, we have to work together as a team on things whether we like it all not.

If your crew are not photo shy how about a link so we can see them all and what their positions are like Site Modertaor,Tech Support etc etc as I am sure all your extended family want to know everything loll!! I'm a girl from norway, 16 years. My dad got braincancer 2 years ago, and died in january this year. It's so importent to me to know that he's allright now, and I'd be soo happy if you could help me, just to maybe talk to him, so I know he's watching over me.. Thanks my love, This mornings blog hit home once again! Yes, teamwork is what it is all about. I find that it is so true in the workfield. Without the help from others , I know, that there are times when I would not be able to get everthing done. And vice versa. there are those few though that will sit back and close theiir eyes to what they see around them. They flatly refuse to lift a hand to help, no matter what.
So, everyone out there remember that what goes around comes around/

Teamwork is what makes this site run like a charm!! Your team does amazing work with you in the lead. Wish we could meet them all. I have had the privilege of having met Jonesy & Caroline. I am sure the rest of the team are as lovely as these two ladies.
I loved the photos of your friend Sue on FB. She looks like she is really a fun person. You are so lucky to have such great friends and helpers.

I always said that about my staff when I supervised at the group home... they were my "backbone," and I would not be able to do anything I needed to do without them! We had some really good times, and I truly did have a great team working with me. That's one thing I really miss about my current job... a team to work with, share moments with, and just the bonding... With my current job, we mostly do field work, so everyone does their own thing and we hardly even cross paths. *siiiigh* The good ol' days...
