Moving moments!

I did say to myself that I wasn't going to blog today, but I had to. I was in Rockford tonight and it's so nice to be back on stage after having a month off. There were powerful and amazing readings. I cried at the reading that I did with the lady who had lost her son to lukemia. we laughed at some of the spirits who came through who were comical.

It was so moving.

I still shock myself about the information that comes through.  But afterwards I was chatting to a member as she had been to see many mediums and was explaining about who they have been to see and what they did and suddenly it dawned on me. I don't just do evidential readings where I connect with the other side and give facts about who they are and what they liked and then move on and go through readings quickly, I help give closure.

To me it's not about just evidence, we all know that life continues, but it's about the messages that they want to give. This is the healing that helps so many people move on and that is why I do what I do as it takes it beyond the evidence.

I just love it, and it shows through so many comments last night.

The one moving thing that got to me tonight is what happened after the show. I met with a young girl who lost her mother. The young girl is Charlie's age and she held so much guilt as the last thing she said to her mom before she died was that she didn't like her.

My heart went out to her and my mommy hat went on. I just hugged and hugged and hugged her, and told her that Charlie doesn't like me sometimes and as a mom it's our jobs to annoy our kids... and she laughed. But I also reassured her that her mom knew that she loved her and that she loved her daughter.

It was so moving, and then we hugged and hugged and hugged again and it was incredible. I think I have a friend for life. She has so much love to give... she is one special little girl.

So thank you for being on my journey with me, you all mean so much.

Peoria here I come!

Hugs

Lisa xx

That was such a great blog to read... children always have a soft spot in my heart and it tears my heart to see them hurt in such a way...

That really was SO sweet what you did for the little girl, Lisa!! I am sure you have touched her heart for life!....

Closure is one thing that made you stand out to me apart from the rest... other mediums... when I try to explain to people about your shows and why I love them so much, that is one thing I always reiterate and stress... is that I Love how you take your time to give people closure... watching that unfold for people is such a beautiful thing to me... the readings aren't rushed... they are dealt with honesty, compassion, and care...

Now yes... like that girl from Oz, Jayde, said.... Get some sleep!! =P

Sleep with Angels!

Lots of Love and see you some time soon! (maybe!)

Great to help a little girl so that she is spared years of guilt, this is truly your lifes purpose! I am waiting for my daughter to give birth she is 5 days over and we are all so excited. A new life from a previous life. I feel we have been chosen to recieve the spirit from the past to enable lessons to be learnt. So glad your mum and dad will come over with you in Sept. Am awaiting the ticket sales in Sydney on my daughters birthday!

Hi Lisa,
You are a natural therepist! (with something {very special} extra!) You have more going for you than most therapists though, because you are so openly compassionate and emotionally involved; whereas therapists are more emotionally detached. You hug like the living saint Amma, you help people ease their minds about their loved ones who have passed on, and you relate to people because you have a normal life (as much as a busy medium can have) and family like many of us! The most important factor is: you are honest, and real with your love; it is obvious to everyone! Your heart is as big as the sky!!
You are so very loved right back!
Always,
Cheryl

The work you do and your gift you share Lisa is just so fabulous. Your right you dont just give evidential readings you do give closure to people. That's what seperates you from other Pyschic & Mediums you give the details and information people want and need to hear...
I hope that little girl from your show last night is ok, it's amazing how much a hug and smile can change someones thoughts and feelings. I am sure she'll be for ever grateful what you did to comfort her :)

I attended your reading in Rockford last night. It was absolutely amazing! You said during the show that after we went home, we may be able to connect with some of the things you said! I did. The family next to me had a reading and I was also able to connect to their "turtle," and the jokes about who would pass first!" I also loved your "pennies from heaven" messages. My mom and I were walking through the parking garage prior to your show and she looked at the ground and lying there was a guitar pick... this is meainingful to us because my dad, who's passed on, always played his guitar. Our families fondest memories are sitting around as a family listening to him play and sing.

The readings that you did last night and the obvious closure that you brought to so many people is such a wonderful gift.

It was so apparent that you cared about each and every person and their story. The lady whose daughter was killed by a close friend was so sad. But, you were able to give this mom the ultimate gift... reassurance that her daughter was happy. As a parent, that is all you can ask for!

Thank you for the wonderful evening!!

Hi Lisa

I love your work you combine building the evidence and giving closure. Both are important. Building the evidence gives the recipient and observers (including sceptics) food for thought about the source of the information. Giving closure involves making a loving difference in specific peoples' lives. Personal closure is the more powerful but building the evidence will affect a lot more people.

Lisa, You are an absolutely beautiful person. I was at your show last night and when you talked about listening to other readings and things that you say may come through from someone else and have meaning to you...well this happened to me when you spoke ot the rocks with the symbols for "Love, Peaace, etc" My partner has built a rock garden withe a crane and windchimes in honor of our dear friend Corey who excently passed. Just this past week she stenciled a symbol of Love on one of the large rocks that belonged to him in his garden. I knew immediately that it was Corey. Thank you for an amazing night ...you truly help more people than you even know.
Kisses and Hugs,
Doreen

Lisa, The healing work that you do is so wonderful! I am so thankful that you helped that little girl, you probably helped her even more than what you realize. Guilt can be an awful thing to carry around for a lifetime.........
My brother was at the show last night, he called me as soon as he left the show, first thing he said was, "I didn't know she was so funny!" LOL! I told him that your sense of humor was really great at the class in Santa Monica, I am looking so forward to seeing you again in October for the next class..... Robinette Meyer

Well Lisa my skeptical husband was sitting there and i saw him wipe his eyes and a few times, his chest jumped like when you are trying to hold back from crying. Hmmm think he may be coming around. The people who got the readings were truly blessed.Thank you for taking the time to meet with everyone! You are just as pretty on the inside as you are on the outside.... Mary

Lisa,
I have to thank you; I am the mother of the boy with leukemia that you read for last night. My family and I so badly needed that, but mostly my husband, I think he felt guilty for butting heads with him for so many years and when you told him that my son looked at him as his father and that he was the one who taught him what a father is, that guilt went away. The rock that you referred to with Love written on it sits on my son’s head stone, we have no idea where it came from. You had mentioned a hair cut a couple different times, well I think you will find this amusing; When we got home their was a message about my sisters hair on my voice mail. She has donated her hair to Locks of Love for the past couple of years and now that the economy is so bad she needs the extra cash, so she had placed her hair for sale on a web site. The message was pertaining to an interested party. Lisa you are a true blessing and our family thanks you for the connection. We too are interested in the audio or video of last nights show.

Lisa,
On my drive to work in the morning I heard on the radio they were giving out free tickets for the show, first caller, I figured what the heck and I called, it rang and guess what, I was the first caller, then I called my husband and asked it he wanted to go knowing full well he would say no go ahead and go with somebody else if you want, but he said YES. My sister's and mother already had their tickets to go and I found out our tickets were right behind them ! I feel that all these things happened so that I would be there on this night, because we were also one of the blessed who recieved a reading from you last night, and thanks to the son of Cynthia our beloved Brandon and my dad came through. My sister's little one was in a horrible car accident and passed at the age of 4, my cousin who was drivning also passed in that accident, and my father was in Mayo going through treatments for Luekemia, when he passed 2 weeks later, you mentioned a ballon at the begining, but never came back to it. We had hundreds of ballons to let go at the funeral, it was amazing. I knew that my father was going to be with him. I really think that this has truly helped my sister and mother, to know that our loved ones will be waitng for us ,with all the love they left with. You are truly a gifted and loving person to be able to do the things you do for people. May god bless and keep you safe on all you journeys.
Now a bigger fan than you'll know.

we really need to get the video also, please let us know how to get this.

Lisa,

As always you were warm and caring as you gave the readings last night. You are always so free with your hugs too! Thank you for signing the back of my membership card and the T-Shirt.

I still remember the first time I met you at Borders in Oak Brook and you signed my book with a little dedication to my mom that passed, Lorraine.

How fortunate we all are to have you in our lives.

Peace and love to you!
