Whirlwind!
Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 10:56PM As many of you know I am not one to sit around and twiddle my thumbs! so I headed to the leasing office today to lease my new office and I sat I would probably move in on Monday... OH NO! Not Lisa Williams!
I start to talk it over and suddenly, it is decided I am moving TODAY! Oh Yes today and we have no truck or anything packed... but thats not a problem in Lisa' world!!!! It's all decided around noon today and even though I don't see it in Carolines face, I can almost hear her saying... here we go again... I am a total whirlwind!
even Jonesy says that I get things done and I don't sit around waiting for things to happen!
So that was noon, by 4pm we have most of the garage and merchandise over to the new office and then we are headig back to collect the last piece before the office finally gets moved over tomorrow!
Yes I move fast! I do feel for though who work with me as they have to keep up... and when I look back I realize I am tiring to some!!! ha ha ha I really should slow down... but that is never going to happen!
But it's kept me busy and it's something I have needed today especially as I have been missing those who I have lost recently and I have wondered why I was the one who survived... so it's been a great distraction. Even Trish said exactly the same!
So tomorrow we will finally be in the office... I am so excited, yes it's going to be a mess, but hey thats the beauty we can create anything we want in that space, and I know all the girls are excited about this!
keeping moving and growing is important in life as if you get stuck in a rut you can't see your own pathway many times and you have to open new doors, find new adventures and keep moving, taking one step at a time, no matter what it is.
Time to look a head and see how we can change and what we need to do to make things happen!
Believe in yourself we create our own future!
Love
Lisa xx

If that's the case then I'm creating a future disaster!!! ;-)
This helped me get through some things when I felt "stuck" in a place before... <3
"Go ahead as you waste your days with thinking,
When you fall everyone stands.
Another day and you've had your fill of sinking,
With the life held in your
Hands are shaking cold..
These hands are meant to hold..
Speak to me, when all you got to keep is strong
Move along, move along like I know you do.
And even when your hope is gone
Move along, move along just to make it through.
So a day when you've lost yourself completely,
Could be a night when your life ends.
Such a heart that will lead you to deceiving,
All the pain held in your
Hands are shaking cold..
Your hands are mine to hold..
Speak to me, when all you got to keep is strong
Move along, move along like I know you do.
And even when your hope is gone
Move along, move along just to make it through.
Move along
(Go on, go on, go on, go on)
When everything is wrong, we move along
(Go on, go on, go on, go on)
When everything is wrong, we move along...."
Hi Lisa, glad to hear things are going well for all of you, Happy New Office :) I've been busy in the yard, enjoying nature again, thanks to better weather in the northeast......Take it easy on the move, Rome wasn't built in a day :) No backaches!!! Well I have some catching up to do here...Love you bunches...Big hugs..themauder
Hope you settle into the new office Lisa, change is such a wonderful thing I love it...
Take Care,
Lara Haidary
Hi Lisa,
I understand the whirlwind stuff! I do the same thing, but later I can' t move and need a day to recover (these old bones ain't what they used to be!!) Now, I plod along doing the minimal stuff and then get a "wild hair" and get more done in a day than all year!! A couple days ago I was mowing the lawns, trimmed the bushes, planted flowers, wacked the weeds, and did some decluttering in the over stuffed house! Funny, as out of shape (massively!) as I am, I can haul myself around and get things done! The asthma has me huffing and coughing and puffing, but I manage. I have to learn not to be so obsessive about things being perfect, because I won't ever get everything done! I am learning to do an average job with things. It is hard being a perfectionist, because of the worry, so now I get a bit of a reluctant kick out of making mistakes and leaving them that way. Odd, I know!.
Anyway, glad about your office! I am sure you will have it looking great in no time!!
Be well, and take care of yourself...and remember to have fun too!!
Love and hugs,
Cheryl
Blessings on your new space.....May the days ahead be happy ones!....peace...deb t/illinois
Happy New Office Lisa! I'm sure you're glad to get your garage back.
Pace yourself. Hugs...
Hi Lisa,
Hope all goes well with your new office--your staff, others are lucky to be around you and your wonderful, enthusiastic, positive energy! Thank you for your generosity in taking the time in your busy life to post the messages from beyond. You don't have to do that, yet you do--another example of how Lisa shows her kindness.
Love,
Mary
Hi my love,
Congrats on your new office. before you know it you will be all settled in! Lisa, I use to be that way-when I started something I went right to it and got iit done. Not anymore I a sorry to say. Because of my age (60) and my parkinsons I get done what needs to be done but at a slower pace. Now I just take my time. Everyhing will get done in its own time. Oh, to have the kind of energy you have my dear! Just no flying off the roof tops my love!! Do enjoy putting your space together and know that we are there with you in spirit! Love to the boys! You take care my love, and don't overdo it! Just go with the flow!!
Love ya lots,
Mary
Hey there Lisa,
Catching up to your blogs this morning. Congratulations on your new office. It is great to keep your home separate from your work. It makes perfect sense.
As far as getting things done, you are pretty much preaching to the choir. The way I see it is no one is going to get it done for you. So when you get that spark, just go with it, flow with it. You may get help along the way but there always has to a person like you to motivate those less ambitious. But I will say that it is important to rest and have down time as well. It is all about balance and preventing yourself from burning out. In my case, my mind is always going, planning, and wanting to learn. I have an unquenchable thirst to learn. However, this body of mine can't always keep up which is probably a good thing. In some ways I needed to slow down.
So I had better go as I have a pile of techie work ahead of me before vacation. It is always nice to catch up to your blogs...
Lots of Hugs,
DS
Woo hoo! What a fun day ahead of sorting and pottering about! And PERFECT with the moon phase, too! You'll be in and clucking like a hen settling in to her nest by the Full...
you go girl!
{{{hugs}}}

Hi Lisa,
Congrats on moving into your new office! If your garage looks anything like ours, I can understand why you wanted out of there (we call our garage "the train smash"!!! for obvious reasons!) lol.
They say a change is as good as a holiday.....so hope you are feeling relaxed and rested after all that whirlwinding around! HA!
Live it up and enjoy the setting up and decorating. What fun! :)

Lisa ~ As a fellow Gemini, I completely understand your impulsive ways...lol.... No twiddling thumbs for us Geminis!!!! Have fun creating your office space :) ~PJ
What is it they say about a new broom lol Congrats on the office, it is always good to separate business from leisure and the new space will give you so much joy setting it up. Busy is good when your mind is wandering lol. I have had a very productive day as well as today for the first time I actually felt part of the team in my new job and although I still have aching feet, hands and back I felt a real sense of achievement. I also went to the court to submit my divorce papers and wow that felt so exhilarating as it is a positive step towards moving forwards...
What colours are you painting the office??? I think purple and magnolia will look wonderful lol. Oh you have to get a stencil made of the Lisa Logo and have it on the walls too hehee in fact you could market those on the site???
Hugs and love

Hi Lisa! Oh, you are just way too cute! I love your energy and impulsiveness. You go girl! You get things done. That's what I love about you, and the enthusiasm in your blog is so very contageous! Good luck with the new office, it will be great!! Many hugs, and much love, Natalie/freespirit
Hi Lisa,
You know, somehow the part where you said you wondered why you were the one to survive, slipped past my notice when I first read your blog! Aww, sweetie, I am so sorry youi have that kind of feeling! You are still here because you are supposed to be here! It sounds like survivor guilt, (but you must know about that) and it is normal, unless it lasts too long, or keeps you from enjoying life. Mine lasts and lasts, but since it has become a part of me, it isn't too much of a worry, because I understand it, and it is just a part of depression, I think. You have survived because that is the way it is supposed to be!! You have your family to care for and love, and they love and need you too! Plus, the joy and comfort you give to so many, cannot be trivialized! You make such a big impact on the world around you and provide the strength for many to go on! Look at your website healings! Look at your healing hugs!! Do you know what relief I got from that hugs you gave me at Ojai last year??I had been doubled over in pain for two days and it became so unbearable I thought I would have to leave the seminar! Your compassion and wonderful acceptance by hugging me, will never be forgotten!! I felt so good, so fast, it was amazing! I went on to enjoy the rest of the time there, and was even able to eat dinner!! I drove back to Northern California without problem, and actually enjoyed the drive!!
It may be unfair that those who left before you, seemed to do so before their time, but that shouldn't mean that you should be gone too! Remaining here and enjoying life is not a bad thing; it is what you are supposed to do! Never feel guilty for enjoying the sacred gift of life you were given!
You are a beautiful, amazing human being, who deserves to have a long, joy filled life!!
With Love and Admiration,
Cheryl

Hi Lisa, I love how you can say that about yourself because I am exactly the SAME way!! Drives my hubby nuts! When I decide I want to do something, I want to do it now and I mean now and then I go at it until I am satisfied, everyone around me just shakes their heads. That is cool that you are going back to having an Office, going to be on TV again soon???
Love & Hugs, Judi :)
Hi, I just discovered you and I think you are amazing. My grandmother, my bestfriend passed away today and my heart is broken. I am reading through your blog and trying to open up to the real possibility of my grandmother coming through. I will be attending your show in June in Rochester NY and I can't wait to see what happens.
