Bizarre experience!
Friday, May 22, 2009 at 10:36PM There was a strange incident that happened last night, where I was asleep. I knew I was asleep, and I knew I had not gotten up to go to the loo or anything.
I woke up and Kev questioned where I had been... I questioned and said, I hadn't been anywhere. I was in my bed. It was the first time that I had opened my eyes. And with that I went back to sleep.
When I finally did wake up Kev told me what he had seen. He had seen me stand by the side of the bed, and in one swift movement which wasn't a 'human' swift movement I was lying in bed. he did feel the bed move but not enough for it actually to be my physical body.
I knew exactly what it was, and finally I was pleased that someone else could verify what happens.
He always says I groan in my sleep... and others have said the same. I knew what it was, but I thought people thought I was mad. In my sleep I go off and do rescue work. As crazy as it sounds, I leave my body and I go and rescue souls that are lost between this world and the next.
When this happens for some reason I groan. When I don't do it, I don't make a noise, and it's normally when I have opened myself up late at night (such as when I have done a show), given Kev healing before we go to sleep or I meditate before bed. It's very normal and I am used to it.
Kev thought I was being sent back to my body before he woke up, but actually he saw it...
I had been thinking about this all day and I realized what happened. A Long time ago, I made a pact with spirit that I was going to give myself unconditionally to the work of spirit and since that moment I have done rescue work.
When I did finally get up I had a text message to tell me that my iPhone App was up and running in the Apple store! how exciting, so now you can follow my blogs through the App store, Dave has worked so hard on this bless him. I hope you like it.

So does this nocturnal work mean that you are putting lots of energy into it - leaving you tireder and less-rejuvenated than you would be if you didn't do it? Or does it not affect how you will feel the next day at all?

l was going to ask the same questions as the lady above. Does it allow time for your body to heal. By the way, l have just spent the last two hours crying like a baby watching Jade Goodings wedding on the Bio channel. How wonderful for you, Lisa! I'm so happy you've chosen to share this with us. It's just a further validation that you work on both sides as well, and not just on this side of the veil. As was explained to me, we have mediums that work on both sides that help loved ones speak to each other, both working for Spirit.
How truly blessed you are to be able to work in both! How truly blessed we are to have you here with us.

that 's wonderful, i dont know if its ok to tell this but sometimes i dream that i tell people they gonna be ok and then they die . one of my last dream it was like that . it was night and there was a young man and he was running away from this other man who gotta gun so i was giving this young guy direction where to go and hide i remember saying to him " you gonna be ok " and then he cross and he can see me but later i woke up , and so tired . im always wondering about this dreams .
I love that! I wonder what we all do at night....I'm sure lots of us travel around. :) I have some interesting visits with my guides where I was standing out in some other universe or galaxy. The colors were amazing....anyway...very cool, Lisa!!!
Is that how you started, you opted for it. Good on you! ... well you know that story I told you when you came to me in my sleep and woke me up and pointed to my laundry and I found my cat had knocked over the ironing board and it was leaning against a top of mine smoking. That was unreal so I'm glad you made that pack to help unconditionally!!. It's awesome Kev saw too. Just cool how that he can see how things happen. I've been watching Alison Duboi poor thing she would dream constantly, her dreams were horid, I am addicted to the show 'medium' I love it. I said to my husband it is a huge committment to give in to your gifts. I mean who would want to dream about death all the time, she didnt' of course she saw the greater good. Bless her and you for that fact. I respect you for being a kind lovely person, but also for being courageous. You are you know.

So when you help rescue the lost souls do you remember after you wake in the morning?? What an experience for Kev to have seen...
Question: Can spirits show themselves to us looking like someone else, eg: a family member? My husband many times when he was young would see his mother tuck him in bed & kiss him goodnight, then the following morning he would discover that this never happened. He's had many paranormal experiences but both my husband & I have never been able to find an answer to explain this.

Wow, now I understand why Kev was so freaked out. That is pretty amazing and I love it. That is awesome the you can help rescue lost souls while sleeping. If you ever need help, I am here...LOL. Just think with the time difference from WC & EC we can cover different shifts. I know you think I am kidding but I would do it and would be honored to help. As long I can wake up and go to work in the morning I am good. I do believe that we are capable of so much when we are sleeping. This is the time when our mind, body, and soul can potentially separate but I don't think completely as we are still connected to the physical world. I would imagine when we transition to the other side, our body travels but there is a complete disconnect. As you said, this happens after a show, meditation or when you have provided a healing on Kev. Since these things all involve spirit, it totally makes sense that you would be more open right before bed.
All I have to say is thank goodness you share this stuff because it really helps me sort out my own stuff. So Lisa, thank you, thank you. Since I was a little girl, my dream life was amazing but also scary... too much to say on this here. There is another thing I wondered about, can your eyes glow after meditation or during times when spirit is around you? There are times when I noticed my eyes are sparkling or glowing... way brighter than usual. It is not quite like a horror movie and it is more subtle but noticeable. Karen freaks out when this happens and gets away from me. She can't take too much of this stuff...LOL. Seriously, I usually feel light and my energy is at its best when my eyes change. Sometimes this happens when in the presence of other spiritual people. I would see it in my eyes and would blame it on the lighting but it is not. It does not happen all the time but when it does, it is kind of amazing. So I wondered if this happens to you or others.
On a lighter note, I have to check out the app for iPhone. Very cool!

Hi Lisa, This is just amazing ! You just cannot help helping people all the time ! ;-)) even when you sleep... This is wonderful and so interesting as everybody said already.
Everything about our dreams and nightmares are so strange anyway. Since I was a child I have always been sleepwalking and strangely I have always moved and removed the frames and paintings around me and I still do it. I also switch on lights. I don't know why.
Anyway, thank you for telling us about it, this is a fascinating subject. Do you know if you do it "yourself" or if the spirits come and take you to them ?

Hi my love, At first when I started reading your blog my stomach flipped and my heart ended up in my throat! My God, at first I could not figure out what was going on! Then, it hit me! WOW my love, when do you ever stop ? i think its great that you do this rescue of the souls when you are sleeping! And that Kev saw you! You are so amazing , the amount of work you do 24/7! Please do not stop what you are doing! As long as you can re-energerize youself enough and get enough sleep to do your day job! LOL. When you get up in the morning do you remember any of the things you do?
In your next blog do tell us more about this rescue work that you do in your spare time.
Well, my love I have to go, my daughter Tracy and her new husband should be here soon as we are heading off to California. Its a 7 hour drive from here. Thats al I know.
Someplace in northern California. Do keep her in your prayers. While in Jamacia, she fell down som stairs (the day after the wedding). Anyway she is on crutches now!!
