Peace and Quiet
Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 02:37PM It was such a night last night at Club Nokia in LA, and very different evening to what they normally are, but it was so much fun!
Looking back it all feels like a whirlwind dream but one I will never forget. Everyone was so lovely and as soon as we walked in to the car park there was a guy, Mike who looked at me, and said "theres my favorite person" well I didn't know what to think and actually I thought he was joking, but it turned out he owned the restaurant below the club and he and his wife are huge fans!
After finding out where his place was we went down there, and had the best food I had had in a long time!! Rock N Fish... Amazing!!!
The show was great and we did the VIP meet and greet before the show and that was so nice, I started to feel all tingly halfway through knowing that the spirits were trying to make an entrance and say hi... even though I had shut my self down.
The energy was low in the theater and I was worried that people were bored and then when I looked again they were just so fixated on what I was saying... I always worry but there was no need to, no one stood at the bar, few people got up to use the bathrooms, everyone was listening intently.
It was so great and I even read for a friend of mine, Matt who was there. I didn't expect it, and I didn't even though that he was in the audience, even though I had invited him.
I had no idea but there was an after party that my management and agent had thrown for me... it was so great. I loved it but I was exhausted, after wards, and my face hurt through laughing and smiling and having fun.
I am now like a zombie and it's taken me until now to get my act together. I am sitting here with my dogs and everyone has gone out to the beach (there are 8 of us in the house this weekend) so it's nice to have some peace and quiet.
This week starts the craziness of the next 2 months and I just worked out that in the next 7 weeks I will only be home 5 days... crazy I know but at least I will have Charlie and Kev with me for some of that!
So I am now going to sit and be sit for a while and enjoy the quietness I have in the house, with my dogs and relax!

Sounds like you had a crazy busy night.... I dont care who someone is....alone time is SOOO important... and were all human. We need that. However being in the spotlight as you are, it seems to be few and far between I suppose. So i am glad you are taking it when you can get it.
Your busy schedule in the next few months is going to be a whirlwind of emotions I think to. With your family and all that traveling and shows you are doing....its good to plan some alone time through it just to regroup....and get your wits about you.

Lisa, my daughter and I were there last nite, we got to meet you at the meet and greet. We enjoyed your show so much, even though none of our people came to talk to us, I felt so at peace there with you, you are so sweet and friendly, I felt very comfortable with you . We had an amazing night, I cant wait to see you again.

As you said these next 7 weeks are going to be busy with your traveling to see your family and then off to Australia. At least Charlie and Kev will be with you. Its good that you are able to take some quiet time by yourself with Lucy and Max. It seems to me with all those people there for the weekend that it must get very noisey. My love, you are so blessed so please remember to give your all and do take care of you and stay well, and get all the rest you need for your upcoming trip.now that you are thought of always and are truly loved with my whole being. Lisa you must feel excited and exhausted at what is ahead of you, I only want you to keep your health, look after yourself and schedule some quiet tiome wherever you are. It is like preparing for a marathon and you now have the long trip over to us in Australia to cope with as well. Juices and vitamins comes to mind so prepare and enjoy!!

My dad and I were at the Nokia show last night. You are right to say that the energy seemed low, but I almost felt as if there might have been so many people there who were so intent on communicating with their loved ones that that is all they could think about! That's at least what I was feeling. As soon as I would get swept up in the thick of a communication you were holding, I would think to myself, "Now, come on, concentrate on who you came to hear from. You're not trying to conjure this person up hard enough." And I would shut down my outer energy and focus on my inner energy. I had the added self-inflicted burden of wanting to convince my skeptic dad that there is an after life too...It was a great show, so please know that!
Anyway, I hope you have safe travels and call me when your schedule settles down because I still want to give you some piano lessons! I really want to attend your mediumship workshop too because I know I have something that has yet to be revealed and shared...

Hey Lisa,
It sounds like it was another great show which does not surprise me! I laughed when I read that your face hurt from all the smiling. Girl, I don't know how you do it. Honestly, all those hours of having to be on especially after the VIP meet and greet, the show... wow! No wonder you feel like a zombie. You make it look so easy to connect to the Spirits but what some people may not realize is that this can be very draining too. So you need to get your rest after communing with the Spirits! Unless it is different for you. I am certainly no expert but am thinking that it takes energy to sustain that special connection.
I find it fascinating how you can turn it off 'the Spirits' and than turn it back on. That amazes me! I would imagine that it is a difficult thing to do but it sounds like you have your own creative ways of handling the Spirits. On occasion, I wonder if you get a really stubborn Spirit that refuses to leave you alone sort of like on the show 'The Ghost Whisperer'. I love that show and it kind of reminds me of you. Jennifer is acting but this is your life. Wow!
Anyway, enjoy whatever peace you can grab right now because your schedule sounds quite demanding in the next couple of months. Enjoy the doggies!

Lisa,l was at the club nokia feb 27.You were so great.l met you in the meet and greet you were so kind and loving and made everyone feel special.l came alone and my camera wouldn't work and you asked your husband to take a picture and said you would email it to me #3.And will be so excited to see it when he has time to email it to me.Hope he saved the napkin my email address was on.Hope the picture looks great l just lost 111 lbs and your so pretty to take a skinny picture with a great and kind person like you was so fun.meeting you was such agreat thing for me.even though l did't get a reading it has healed me inside to know if l want something to go for it and to let the peolple in my life know how l feel now.l never thought l would see you in person.of would love a personal reading but you really have help me with the love you show eachand everyone you encounter your a very special person.l just wantedyou to know that.l felt special that night and l was all alone for this event and met a few nice people there.Thanks lisa and her lovely husband.CANDY #3 (HINT) He-He
