What do orbs represent?

What are orbs? I noticed several orbs in Christmas pictures taken of my nephew opening his gifts. There was one that stayed on his side or above his head. Is this my father that recently passed? Thanks for your help. Felicia, Michigan.

Hi there, spirits come through often in photographs in the form of an orb. They are just energy and so when we capture energy it looks like this. So it could very well be your father that is coming through to say hi and to celebrate Christmas with you. I always suggest to people that they zoom in the picture and you may see a face or something… it’s amazing when you see it. But don’t worry if you don’t.
